What’s On This Spring & Summer at Bradbury Fields

Heading into the brighter and warmer months, we’re excited to share a range of events, activities, and opportunities designed to bring people together, build confidence, and support our community. Whether you’re looking to try something new, meet others, or support our work, there’s something coming up for everyone.

Community Events & Activities

This spring and summer, we have a fantastic line-up of events taking place across Liverpool:

  • Liverpool ONE Community Day – 17th July 2026
Join us in Liverpool ONE for a community-focused day raising awareness of Bradbury Fields and the support available for people living with sight loss.
  • Brad’s Big Bonanza – 24th July 2026
A fun-filled fundraising event packed with activities, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to support Bradbury Fields.
  • Bradfest 26 – 29th July 2026
Our flagship summer event returns with a carnival-style celebration featuring live music, food, games, and family-friendly activities at the Bradbury Centre.

These events are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and accessible, creating opportunities for people to connect, try something new and feel part of the community.

Get Involved This Summer

As always, our events are open to both service users and the wider community. We actively encourage friends, family and supporters to get involved – the more, the merrier.

Taking part in our events is a great way to:

  • Meet new people
  • Try new experiences
  • Support a local charity making a real difference

Coming Soon: Fire Walk 2026

One of our most exciting fundraising events this year is our Fire Walk, taking place on Friday 19th June 2026 at the Bradbury Centre.

In collaboration with Claire House, this unique challenge invites participants to step outside their comfort zone and take on something truly unforgettable, all while raising vital funds to support blind and partially sighted people across Merseyside.

Participants will receive full guidance and training on the day, ensuring they feel prepared and confident ahead of the challenge.

We’ll be sharing more details very soon as part of a dedicated campaign, but if you’re already feeling brave and want to register your interest, we’d love to hear from you.

Supporting Our Work

Every event we deliver plays an important role in supporting our services, from mobility training and assistive technology to social groups and wellbeing support.

By attending, sharing, or taking part in fundraising events like the Fire Walk, you are helping us continue to provide these essential services to those who need them most.
