  • General advice about managing Type 2 diabetes
  • Medication
  • Talking meters
  • Diet advice including eating things that you enjoy
  • Footcare
  • Question and Answer Session with the option of holding a 1 to 1 session with someone from the diabetes team in Liverpool

Transport from your home to the Bradbury Centre will be arranged.
